The petrol unit gets the benefit of a mild hybrid set up and offers 19.8 kmpl for the AT and as much as 20.15 kmpl for the manual gearbox as per ARAI certification. The new 2022 Brezza does not come with a diesel engine any more. The engine is mated to a 5 speed manual as well as an optional 6 speed automatic gearbox. This updated engine (over the earlier Brezza) scores high on fuel economy as well as engine refinement. Maruti Brezza Engine - The 2022 Brezza is powered by a 1.5 litre non-turbo engine that puts out 101 bhp of power and 137 Nm of torque. Maruti Brezza Rivals: Maruti Brezza rivals the likes of Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon & Mahindra XUV300. It also gets some CNG-specific features, like an illuminated fuel switch and an integrated petrol & CNG fuel cover. It comes equipped with features like an Electric Sunroof, Cruise Control, SmartPlay Pro Infotainment System with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Keyless Push Start, and more. Last Updated On 23rd Mar’23: Maruti Suzuki has launched the S-CNG version of the Brezza in 3 variants priced between Rs Rs 9.14 lakh to Rs 12.05 lakh (ex-showroom). The Brezza CNG will soon have a rival in the form of Kia Sonet CNG.
